Back! Requests OPEN!

So I'm now back from Ireland, and what better way to celebrate that than by opening up for requests! Now I'll likely open for commissions soon too so if anyone wants that then you'll have to wait a little longer, maybe a week or so? Anyway, since last time it became clear that I need to state the rules for requests so that there's no misunderstandings here's how I do things, do pay attention so you face a smaller risk of missing out!

1) If you want a request NOTE me, don't ask in the comments and don't waste time asking "Can I have a request?", if they're open just send me the details for your request and I'll consider it. And do give me all the details you can, ref pics, poses and perspective, whatever you want as for requests it's too late to make changes during or after it's finished. Also, if you feel that you waste time by spending 5 min putting together your request only to be too late (ergo all spots are gone) remember I'll be spending about 5 hours or more drawing your pic for free so please appreciate that. 
2) Your request may feature up to 2 characters, I may be flexible around that like with a very simple background but for requests I take many liberties witch such things. To clarify, single pic with 2 characters max for free requests, that is don't bother asking for GIF:s or full on comic pages as you need to commission me for such things. 
3) If your characters are very complicated I reserve the right to simplify them for the pic or outright refuse as it would be too time consuming for a free pic.
4) I also reserve the right to refuse your request if it's a motive I don't like, be it too boring or weird (I do many things but I've had requests even too weird for me). Though as long as I find either the characters, scenario or both interesting I'm likely to agree.
5) As these requests are free do prepare to not get exactly what you asked for, I may alter the idea for any reason like the original idea not working out.
6) I can't give everyone special treatment, for friends or people I otherwise like I'll often bend the rules for but overall I stick to my rules so please keep that in mind before asking me for special favors. 
7) This one is important, you're not guaranteed a request just for sending in first, you're guaranteed a spot on the list ONLY after I've said so, even if we're discussing the details I may suddenly have to abort as I've filled the last spot, I understand that can be frustrating but please be understanding as I am trying to get a good idea what the pic will be before I'm confident that I'll be able to do a good job and can accept it. So, before I've said that I've accepted the request, you're not guaranteed a spot, I'll discuss happily while there are spots open but after that I'm afraid I'll have to end the discussion.
8) Finally, I won't save your request for the next time, if you're too late and I didn't accept your request I won't save it for next time as that would again be special treatment and I can't do that for everyone as then I'd never be able to open up and give everyone a fair chance. So, afraid you'll have to try again another time if you didn't make it this time, even if you've spend a great deal of effort on the details and finding ref pics and so on. In that case I recommend saving your note yourself so you have it ready for future use. 

One more thing, do be polite, the best way to ensure getting requests accepted is by being a decent person. I can tell you right now I've denied many requests based on rudeness alone. Apart from that, happy hunting! I will be updating this journal later when the spots are filled!
